Q: WHAT IS YOUR MOQ ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 2,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hope you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and our service.

Q: CAN I GET SAMPLES?
A: Of course. The current sample can be provided for free . But some sample charge for special designs. Sample charge should be return back when order is up to certain quantity. The samples would be sent out by FEDX,UPS,TNT or DHL..If you have carrier account,it will be fine to ship with your account, if no,you can pay the freight. Charge to our paypal,we will ship with our account.It takes about 2-5 days to reach.

Q: HOW LONG IS THE SAMPLE LEAD TIME?
A: For existing samples, in 2-3 days will be sent out. If you want your own designs, about 7 days will be ready, subject to you designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.

Q: HOW LONG IS THE PRODUCTION LEAD TIME?
A: It takes 20-35 days after received deposit and all packing materials are confirmed. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

Q: WHAT DOCUMENTS DO YOU NEED IF I WANT MY OWN DESIGN?
We have our own designer in company. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

Q: HOW MANY COLORS ARE AVAILABLE?
A: We match colors with pantone card or your sample. So you can just tell us the Pantone number. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

Q: CAN WE USE OUR OWN LOGO OR DESIGNS?
A: Yes, you can. We can do the logos by using different printing process. The different processes depend on the different logos.Mainly logo printing processes: silk screen printing, heat transfer printing, air transfer printing, water transfer, laser engraving, embossed, electrical corrosion etc.
